The Dementia Forward Numbers Club
Our Numbers Club is a group for committed supporters to donate to Dementia Forward every month. Numbers cost £2 each and will be entered into a monthly draw to win a cash prize. This is an easy and simple way for you to support your local dementia charity to continue our services across the county.
How does it work?
To join Dementia Forward’s Numbers Club, for £2 a month, click here. Alternatively, you can sign up for 12 months by clicking here.

Upon entry, you will be assigned a number. Every month, this number will be entered into a random monthly draw.
There will be one winning number each month. The prize will be 25% of each month’s total donations. The remainder of the monthly donations will go directly to Dementia Forward to support people living with dementia in North Yorkshire and York.
If your number is drawn, you will be notified and the money will be transferred to your bank account (cheques can be posted by arrangement). Terms and Conditions:
- The promoting society of this small lottery is Dementia Forward. The registered address is George Armitage House, Church Lane, Burton Leonard, HG3 3SD.
- The price of a single monthly entry is £2.
- Draws take place on the 1st of the month (or closest working day)
- You must be 18 or over to enter.
- Dementia Forward has the right to cap the number of entrants at any point.
- The prize given will be 25% of the month’s total income.
- Direct Debit payments are made payable on the 1st of the month.
- The Direct Debit will be automatically set up for 12 months, after this term you will have the choice to enter again, or withdraw from the Numbers Club. You can also cancel your Direct Debit at any time, should you wish to. Please give Dementia Forward one month’s notice of cancellation, in order for them to withdraw your Number(s).
- You will be contacted before the end of the 12 months with information about signing up for the following year, should you wish.
- If a winner cannot be contacted after 3 months, the winnings will be placed into Dementia Forward funds .
